**What does the phrase" HEALTHY & GRACIOUS LIFESTYLE " refer to?**

When you say that a person is leading a healthy and gracious lifestyle, you mean that the person is living in a environment that is very comfortable and he/she is physically strong , instead of weak.

What are my thoughts?

+++++I think that leading a healthy lifestyle and gracious lifestyle is woderful because this can help us keep our body fit and this can help us to passed our examinations with flying colours! Why do I say that? This is because when we are healthy, we can think properly in our examinations, causing us to scored well for all my tests and examinations.+++++

What will I do to commit this school value, HEALTHY & GRACIOUS LIFESTYLE?

*****I will not skip my three meals and also not give myself too much school pressure by relaxing myself. How do i relax myself? Firstly, I will sit on a sofa and enjoy my favourite television programme. Lastly, I will take a nap on the sofa for a while before revising my school work.

What does the word " TRUTH " refers to?
*****The true facts about something rather than what is untrue, imagine or guessed. opp.(falsehood, lie, untrue)*****
What are my thoughts?

• I think that we shall speak the truth to our family members and friends everytime so that they will always believe what we say. Furthermore, if we speak the truth to our parents, they will realise that we have grown up and will always trust what we say. They will also give us the freedom to choose what we like to do and we will not felt guilty for telling lies, instead that we will feel more happier or relax than before.

What will I do to commit this school value, TRUTH?

+++++I will prayed to GOD for forgiveness and ask him to help me in telling the truth about everythings to my family members and friends. Secondly, I will try not to hide anythings from my parents and tell them the truth! This is a choice as speaking the trut will not let us feel guilty as we has tell lies to our parents.+++++

What does the word " FREEDOM " refers to?

***** The right to do what we want without being controlled by anyone! *****

What are my thoughts?

I think that many people will like to be freedom and not cared by anyone , right? I think we will be in high spirits and felt like we were birds that were freed from a small cage if we will be allowed to do anythings we want ! This is FREEDOM!

What would i do to commit this school value, FREEDOM?

* I will learn to be independent and show them that i can still carry out a plan without their aids so that they will allow me to do what ever i like.

* I will let them trust me by obeying their instructions and do the correct things so that they will let me do anythings without worrying about me.

What does the word " JUSTICE " stands for?

(A) Maintenance or administration of what is just especially by the impartial adjustment of conflicting claims or the assignment of merited rewards or punishments.

(B) The administration of law, such as, the establishment or determination of rights according to the rules of law or equitythe quality of being just impartial or fair

(C) The principle or ideal of just dealing or right action

(D) conformity to this principle or ideal.
What will i do to commit this school value,JUSTICE?

*****From today onwards , i will work harder to try to treat my friends fairly, instead of being bias to my friends. I will also try not to be so superficial and not judge people before knowing them.*****

INTEGRITY.....

Integrity..... What does it actually mean?? It means the following to me: Integrity means telliing the truth, or being honest whenever the need arises...But that does not mean, lieing as and when you like,,, You should always tell the truth, no doubt in that, but you can lie only under one circumstamce - saving or helping someone...

So, think about it and start being honest from today!!!(:

I asked God for strength, that I might achieve,

I was made weak, that I might learn humbly to obey;

I asked for health, that I might do greater things,

I was given infirmity, that I might do better things;

I asked for riches, that I might be happy,

I was given poverty, that I might be wise;

I asked for power, that I might have the praise of man,

I was given weakness, that I might feel the need of God,

I asked for all things, that I might enjoy life,

I was given life, that I might enjoy things;

I got nothing I asked for - but everything I had hoped for,

Almost despite myself, my unspoken prayers were answered,

I am among all men, most richly blessed.

God...

He is your closest friend... He accompanies you in your heart wherever you go... You are NEVER alone, all because God is there with you... He never abandons you.... Even in times of great distress, God is always there... Never ever think you're alone, cuz you're not!!

If you just call out to him sincerely, He will surely come down to help you...... No doubt in that!!!
